Master's degree DDS

to disrupt the Scandinavian dental market in 2014 changed my life forever.


Here's what happened next:

2014: After defending my bachelor's thesis in Odontology: 'Chronic vs. Aggressive Periodontitis - A Clinical Perspective,' I decided to skip my Master's Degree in DDS at the Panum Institute, University of Copenhagen, to disrupt the dental market.


2015: Hired as Head of Sales in the digital startup Tandbud, an end-to-end dental platform. Grew to 150 Dental Clients becoming Scandinavia’s biggest Dental Agency and featured on Danish national television.


2016: Began in-person turnarounds, coaching, sales and business development for privately owned dental practices in Scandinavia.


2018: Received funding and created HealthScore, software that helps dental practices better assess their patient’s journey, 3X online reviews, increase retention by 33%, and reduce churn by 29%.


2018: 3 of the 4 founders exited, Tandbud pivoted to Dental House and I became a partner.


2020: Exited by selling all shares of Dental House to a strategic partner.


2020: Founded LeadDent, dental agency that solely focused on growing dental practices. In the next 4 years helped 1,200+ dentists transform their practice, delivering 58,000+ patients and generating $487M in sales for our clients.


2020: Co-created Patient Manager, software that helps dental practices get twice as many patients for one-tenth the cost of a front desk admin.


2020: Became minority partner in my first dental practice with the “Consulting for Equity” model. Scaled the practice from $500K to $4M annual revenue in 3 years and exited.


2022: Moved from Copenhagen to Dubai, UAE and founded kamiryan.com - dedicated to acquiring partial ownership in dental practices with the consulting for equity model - focusing on investing, leveraging, growing, scaling, and exiting to maximize value.


2024: Co-founded Removio.io - a content removal company, working closely with dental practices defending them against false, misleading, and harmful online content i.e. damaging Google Reviews, Trustpilot Reviews, Yelp etc.


What a ride...

2018: Bought out 3 of the 5 founders, and pivoted Tandbud to Dental House.


2020: Exited by selling all shares of Dental House to a strategic partner.


2020: Founded LeadDent to invest in and grow dental companies. In the next 4 years helped 1,200+ dentists transform their practice, delivering 58,000+ patients and generating $487M in sales


2020: Co-created Patient Manager, software that helps dental practices get twice as many patients for one-tenth the cost of a front desk admin.


2020: Invested in my first practice (minority partner). Scaled the practice from $500K to $7M annual revenue in 4 years.


2022: Moved from Copenhagen to Dubai, UAE.


2024: Founded KYRO L.L.C - dedicated to acquiring partial or full ownership in dental practices focusing on investing, leveraging, growing, scaling, and potentially exiting these practices to maximize value.
